The website was easy to use and checkout went through without any drama. The only annoying bit was the confirmation email taking a little while to show up, which was kind of a dumb hassle, but overall it was fine.

I messaged them twice and still haven’t gotten a single reply. that’s just ridiculous. If they can’t be bothered to respond to customers, that’s on them, not me.

I’m giving this 2 stars because the mat itself is fine and seems usable enough, but the order wasn’t right, which was frustrating. I specifically chose the darker color when I placed the order, but when it arrived, it was definitely the lighter one instead. At that point, I just didn’t really have the energy or patience to go through the whole return or exchange process, so I ended up keeping it. It’s not the biggest disaster, but it’s annoying when you pay for something, pick a specific option, and then don’t actually get the exact thing you ordered.

The mat arrived in good shape, so no complaints there. Shipping just took longer than I expected, and my gut feeling was right when I started wondering about the lack of updates. It wasn’t a huge deal, just a little annoying waiting around longer than planned

I’m not a fan of the design. It looks kind of cheap and dated to me, and I felt a bit ignored because it doesn’t seem like the overall style or finish was really thought through from a customer’s point of view.

I really hoped this would help with the wet dog smell after our rainy walks, but the odor is still there. I waited a while to see if it would make a difference, which was frustrating, but it never really improved the way I expected.

I bought this hoping it would be a lifesaver for muddy shoes and my dog’s paws, i’m a bit bummed. It does catch dirt decently enough, so it’s not totally useless, but the stain resistance hasn’t been great for me. A few darker marks stuck around even after washing, and I ended up scrubbing way more than I expected. I wanted to like it more, but for the price, it just didn’t quite live up to what I had in mind.

The mat does a good job catching mud and dirt, so I’ll give it that. But washing it was frustrating. I followed the instructions and used a cold wash, but it still came out with a bit of a smell and then took forever to dry. The edges also looked kind of wavy afterward. It’s not completely ruined, but the communication around care instructions could’ve been clearer. For something advertised as machine washable, I expected it to be a lot less of a hassle

I bought this for rainy days hoping it would keep the floor a bit drier, but it hasn’t really worked out that way. Water still ends up around the mat, and the mat itself takes a while to dry. It looks okay, but it feels like one of those purchases where you’re just a ticket number if it doesn’t perform as expected. Not terrible, just not doing the main job I needed it for

I used it in the evening and expected it to be dry by the next morning, but it was still wet. Because it didn’t dry properly overnight, I couldn’t use it when I needed to.

My order from muddymats.com showed up in this super flimsy box that was half crushed on one side, which was a lovely first impression. The mat was barely protected inside too, basically just shoved in there with almost no packing. It already had marks on it, and the edges looked bent, so apparently “brand new” is a flexible concept. For what I paid, I expected it to at least arrive looking unused. Disappointing, and I definitely wouldn’t order from them again.

The material feels cheap to me, and it started showing wear faster than I expected. It might be fine if you only use it once in a while, but for regular daily use, I wouldn’t really recommend it

I ordered based on their size chart, but it ended up fitting badly. It was way too small, dealing with the return process was just annoying. Disappointed with this one.

I checked out Muddymats because I needed a mat for the back door, and they had a good selection of sizes and colors... which made it easy to find something that would work. The site was simple enough to browse too, so no complaints there. I’m giving 4 stars because the exact color I wanted at first was sold out, so I had to go with another one. Not a huge deal... but it would be nice if they kept more colors in stock more often.

It looks just like the photos, honestly. No weird surprises when it showed up, which I really appriciate.

I’m happy with this mat overall. The first thing I noticed was how thick it is, it feels way more padded than the cheap ones I’ve had before, and it doesn’t curl up at the edges, which is a big plus. It does take a little while to dry after a really muddy walk, but it’s not a huge deal. I would’ve given it 5 stars if it dried a bit faster

The mat itself is totally fine, but the delivery experience was frustrating. It arrived late, and the tracking barely updated, so I ended up having to chase it down myself. My sister had a similar issue with an order recently, so I was already a bit wary, and this didn’t help. Not sure I’d order again...

It keeps sliding around on my floor, which is annoying. I was hoping it would stay in place better, but I’m constantly having to move it back where it goes.

The mat looked fine at first, but the edges started curling quickly. Now it catches my foot sometimes and won’t sit flat, which is annoying. I tried reaching out about it too, but I kept getting transferred around instead of actually getting help. For the price, I expected a lot better tbh.
